In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of medical equipment, including but not limited to, X-ray machines, MRI scanners, and surgical instruments. You will also be involved in the calibration and sterilization of medical devices, ensuring they meet stringent quality and safety standards. Daily, you will troubleshoot equipment issues, provide technical support to healthcare staff, and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and repair medical equipment such as X-ray machines, MRI scanners, and surgical instruments.
• Perform routine calibration and sterilization of medical devices.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical support to healthcare staff.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital protocols.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new medical equipment.
• Provide training and support to other staff members on the use and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Certification in medical equipment maintenance and repair, such as from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
• Familiarity with various medical equipment brands and models.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
