As an Ethics & Compliance Associate, you’ll be at the heart of Grab Rental’s operations, working closely with drivers, fleet managers, and other stakeholders to uphold the highest ethical and legal standards. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing guidance on ethical conduct. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to Grab’s policies and regulations
• Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify and mitigate compliance risks
• Provide guidance and training to drivers, fleet managers, and other stakeholders on ethical conduct and compliance requirements
• Monitor and report on compliance-related issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Collaborate with the Business Growth Manager and other departments to address compliance concerns and opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in transportation and logistics
• Leverage tools like SAP and Oracle to manage compliance data and reporting
• Ensure all operations comply with local and international laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, ethics, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics regulations in Indonesia
• Certification in Compliance Management (e.g., CPA, CPC) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with SAP and Oracle is a plus
