🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining technology, with a proven track record of leading innovation projects.
• Strong understanding of mining operations and the ability to translate technological solutions into practical applications.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and mining simulation tools like Vulcan or Whittle.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Six Sigma are a plus.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices in the mining industry.
