📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities for children aged 2-6 years.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
• Monitor and assess children's progress and development, documenting observations and achievements.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educators to ensure holistic child development.
• Stay up-to-date with early childhood education trends, best practices, and relevant certifications.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development workshops, and community events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and child protection policies.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding their child's progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a PAUD or TK setting.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPR, First Aid, or specialized early childhood education courses) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet children's diverse needs.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being and education.
