📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Process and manage sales transactions for various marketplaces, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy.
• Provide financial support to the sales and operations teams by analyzing financial data and offering insights.
• Maintain and update financial records and documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections for the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or automotive parts environment.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Excel, and other relevant financial tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada is a plus.
