📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with product selection and advice on pet care products, including food, toys, and grooming supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all visitors.
• Stock and organize products on the shelves, maintaining a clean and attractive store environment.
• Process sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems like Shopify or Square.
• Handle cash transactions and manage store registers, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Promote pet health and wellness by educating customers on proper pet care practices.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store performance goals.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking activities to ensure product availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a pet-related environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
• Familiarity with basic pet care products and services is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using POS systems.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
