Maintenance Electrician

Jackson And Ching Builders Development Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems across our various projects, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company and contribute to the success of our projects in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be part of a dynamic team, working on a variety of projects that require a high level of expertise and attention to detail. You will use tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and circuit testers to diagnose and resolve electrical issues. Your work will ensure that our projects run smoothly and safely, providing a high-quality experience for our clients and residents.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems in residential and commercial projects.
• Inspect and test electrical equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure project continuity.
• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and address them before they become major problems.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry standards, technologies, and best practices in electrical maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment logs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Certification as an Electrical Maintenance Technician (EMT) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and transformers.
• Proficiency in using tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and circuit testers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
