SAFRA National Service Association is seeking a dynamic and experienced Projects & Engagement Executive to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This is a contract/temporary position offering a competitive salary package. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage various projects and initiatives to support the community and achieve organizational goals.,Develop and implement effective engagement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and community impact.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.,Prepare and present regular reports and updates to stakeholders.,Collaborate with local partners and organizations to expand the reach and impact of projects.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, community development, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, community engagement, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience working in Bali or a similar multicultural environment is a plus.
