📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Support employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation using BambooHR and Workday.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
