• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.

• Implement and enforce financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor budget performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and operations.
• Certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in a managerial role is preferred.
