📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate clients by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand client needs and industry trends.
Present and negotiate insurance policies, ensuring they align with client requirements and company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the marketing and underwriting teams to develop and promote new products and services.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and support throughout the sales process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
Certification in insurance sales or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
