📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets our clients' needs,Ensure that our documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product changes,Provide technical support to clients by answering their questions and resolving their issues,Review and edit documentation created by other team members to ensure consistency and quality,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English, both written and spoken
