Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive sales growth.,Manage and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent sales targets are met.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telesales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
