Woodlands Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior/Associate Executive to join our People & Organisation Development team. This is a 5-month contract position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our organisation in Bali.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our people strategy, supporting our leadership team, and driving initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement people strategies aligned with the organisation's vision and goals.,Support the leadership team in talent management, including recruitment, development, and succession planning.,Conduct performance management and coaching to support employee development.,Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to drive organisational change and improvement.,Monitor and report on key people metrics to inform strategic decisions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.,Stay updated with best practices in people and organisation development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.,5-7 years of experience in People & Organisation Development or a similar role.,Proven track record in developing and implementing people strategies.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in performance management and coaching.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
