🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a similar position.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Proficient in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
