Oversee the daily operations of the remote store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales, and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the head office to ensure consistent brand standards and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
