In this role, you will work closely with geologists, surveyors, and other engineers to develop detailed mine plans using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight. Your daily tasks will include conducting site surveys, analyzing geological data, and creating accurate mine plans that guide excavation activities. You’ll also collaborate with environmental specialists to ensure mining activities are sustainable and compliant with environmental laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting site surveys and collecting geological data to support mine planning activities.
• Creating detailed mine plans using AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight.
• Analyzing geological data to identify potential mining opportunities and risks.
• Collaborating with environmental specialists to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Developing and maintaining mine schedules and production plans.
• Providing technical support to mining operations to ensure efficient and safe excavation activities.
• Participating in safety audits and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
• Preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders, including management and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine planning and surveying.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight.
• Certification in Mine Planning or Surveying (e.g., Certified Mining Professional (CMP), Professional Surveyor).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and environmental laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
