🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics Certified, HubSpot Certified) is a plus.
