📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns promptly.,Manage and train a team of restaurant staff to ensure they are performing at their best.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
