📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.,Provide level 1 technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Assist in the implementation of security measures and protocols.,Document system configurations and procedures.,Participate in system upgrades and migrations as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux).,Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.,Familiarity with system administration tools and utilities.,Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.
