📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and provide a warm welcome to our hotel.,Check-in and check-out guests according to hotel procedures.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services.,Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized.,Assist with reservations and manage the hotel's booking system.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and computer software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
