📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer and maintain employee benefits and compensation packages.,Oversee performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and development.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and discipline.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct regular HR audits and implement improvements.,Manage HR information systems and data.,Represent the company at HR-related events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successful HR projects.
