📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the outlet.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.,Assist in the organization and presentation of the store.,Support the team in achieving sales targets.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to operate POS systems and other relevant software.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,High school diploma or equivalent.
