📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Coordinate with the sales team to meet daily sales targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor store performance metrics and report to the Assistant Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian both written and spoken.,Experience in managing a team and driving sales performance.
