📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Assistant Store Manager in managing store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Oversee daily store activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales targets are met.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and productivity.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Assistant Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.,Promote store initiatives and programs to drive sales and customer engagement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
