📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Enter and maintain patient records, medical histories, and other relevant data in our systems.,Ensure data accuracy and completeness by verifying and cross-checking information.,Update and organize patient information as needed.,Assist in data analysis and reporting tasks.,Maintain confidentiality and security of patient data.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth data flow.,Follow up on data entry errors and resolve any issues promptly.,Participate in training and development programs to improve skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Basic understanding of healthcare data management is a plus.
