Quick Mart Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Assistant Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the training and development of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of training programs.,Develop and deliver training materials and sessions.,Conduct assessments and provide feedback to participants.,Coordinate with trainers and managers to ensure training goals are met.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.,Assist in the evaluation of training programs and suggest improvements.,Support in the recruitment and selection of trainers.,Provide administrative support to the training department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in using e-learning platforms is a plus.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
