🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and support.
• Proficient in ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and virtualization technologies.
