Erajaya is looking for a Site Acquisition Supervisor to join our Talent Pool team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential sites for our projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential sites for our projects.,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess feasibility and compliance.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Maintain and update the site database with accurate and up-to-date information.,Prepare and present reports on site acquisition activities to management.,Ensure all site acquisition activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and regulations.,Develop and maintain relationships with potential site owners and stakeholders.,Provide guidance and support to junior team members in site acquisition activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition or similar roles.,Strong knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with construction and project management processes is a plus.
