📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's certification.
