Digital Financing Indonesia (DFI) is seeking a talented and experienced Merchant Risk Operations Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of risk operations professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our merchant risk management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, a deep understanding of the merchant risk landscape, and excellent leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of risk operations professionals to ensure the effective and efficient operation of our merchant risk management processes.,Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Monitor and analyze merchant risk data to identify trends and potential risks, and take appropriate actions to address them.,Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting, collections, and fraud, to ensure a coordinated and effective risk management approach.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of merchant risk management processes and any potential risks.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in merchant risk management, and implement appropriate changes to our processes and policies.,Provide training and development opportunities to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.,Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business administration, or a similar field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in risk management and merchant risk operations.,Strong knowledge of merchant risk management processes, including underwriting, collections, and fraud.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and take appropriate actions in response to potential risks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and the ability to ensure compliance with these requirements.
