📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to drive the company's growth and success.,Manage and mentor a team of operations managers and supervisors.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that operations are aligned with business goals.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of achieving results.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Experience in working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Experience in working with key suppliers and vendors.,Experience in representing the company at industry events and conferences.
