In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and providing technical support to employees. This is an immediate opening, so we are looking for someone who can start right away.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.,Provide technical support to employees, including software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on IT performance and security.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and hardware.,Experience with IT security best practices.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
