Engineering Admin Assistant

As our Engineering Admin Assistant, you will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all our machinery is well-maintained and operating at peak performance. You will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ordering spare parts, and ensuring that our production schedules are met.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of food processing equipment, including but not limited to mixers, ovens, and packaging machines.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and other consumables, and place orders as needed.
• Assist in the preparation and scheduling of maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance in our ERP system.
• Assist in the preparation of reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities for the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the operation and maintenance of food processing equipment.
• Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food processing industry.
• Strong knowledge of food processing equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly those used in the food industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the engineering team and vendors.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
