📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Shop Assistant in managing the store's daily operations.,Stock and organize products to ensure they are displayed attractively and are available for customers.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Participate in inventory counts and other store tasks as required.,Assist in training new employees and providing customer service.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software is beneficial.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
