📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of production schedules and activities.,Monitor and report on production progress, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.,Conduct regular inspections of production lines to ensure efficiency and quality.,Support the Production Manager in implementing process improvements.,Assist in the training and development of new production staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software is a plus.,Proficient in Indonesian and English (spoken and written).,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
