In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering high-quality food to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards and customer requirements.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment and utensils are in good working condition.,Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the health and safety of our customers.,Prepare and organize food ingredients and supplies, including ordering and inventory management.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet service and production targets.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen procedures and standards.,Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from senior staff.,Good communication skills, both written and verbal.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects and equipment.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
