Village Bold Corporindo is looking for a dedicated Deputy F&B Service to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the F&B service.,Ensure that food and beverage offerings meet quality standards.,Train and supervise F&B staff to maintain high service levels.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of food and beverage inventory and sales.,Participate in planning and executing special events and promotions.,Assist in budgeting and cost control for the F&B department.,Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the dining area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B service or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid food handling certificate is a plus.
