📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all branch operations and ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing leadership and guidance.,Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints and issues.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and sales.,Monitor branch finances and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Attend and participate in regular meetings and training sessions.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.,Maintain a clean and organized branch environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
