WAVE Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Telesales to join our team in Belawan. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service, and wants to make a difference in the telecommunications industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our telesales team in reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and closing sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining our customer database and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our services.

Tanggung Jawab:

Assisting telesales team in reaching out to potential customers

Providing information about our products and services

Closing sales and meeting targets

Maintaining and updating customer database

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Providing excellent customer service

Assisting in training and development of new hires

Working as part of a team to achieve company goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum high school diploma

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service

Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English

Strong work ethic and ability to meet targets

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to work well under pressure

Familiarity with telecommunications industry is a plus
