📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Prepare, cook, and season dishes according to established recipes and standards.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food cost control.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or Assistant Head Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.,Experience in managing multi-tasking environment is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Culinary expertise and knowledge of various cuisines.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluent in English and Indonesian.Knowledge of POS systems and kitchen management software is a plus.
